The "Agent" half of the Builder & Agent Economy. Bonding curve: a contract that sets an asset's price as a deterministic function of its supply, backed by a reserve. Minting adds reserve and moves the price up the curve; burning returns reserve and moves it down. On a flat curve, or within one step of a stepped curve, the price can stay the same. The core primitive of Mint Club. Builder: a creator who launches tokens and projects on Hunt Town's primitives. The "Builder" half of the Builder & Agent Economy. Burn fee: the 5% of NAV that stays in the vault when a Factory NFT is burned. It raises the NAV per NFT for everyone still holding. See Mint & Burn. Capability: one task on h402, named category/action (e.g. web/search ). It describes the outcome, not the vendor. Child token: a token issued on a bonding curve with another token (often HUNT) as its reserve. Co-op project tokens and MT (Mint Token) are HUNT-backed child tokens. Co-op: Hunt Town's HUNT-backed launchpad and DEX, where builders launch tokens with HUNT as their reserve and anyone can trade them against HUNT. Lives at coop.hunt.town. EIP-3009: the standard for signed token-transfer authorizations. h402 uses it so a caller signs a stablecoin payment locally. Factory NFT: Hunt Town's HUNT-backed NFT on Ethereum (ERC-1155, token id 0 ). It mints at NAV and burns for 95% of NAV in HUNT. See Factory NFT. h402: Hunt Town's Agent Capability Market Layer: the x402 capability store where agents discover, compare, and pay per call for capabilities. See h402. HUNT: the ERC-20 token that backs the Factory NFT and serves as the reserve asset for Co-op project tokens and other HUNT-backed tokens. Non-inflationary: no address can mint it. lpTOKEN: an ERC-20 share of a Uniswap v4 liquidity position held by an lpTOKEN.fun vault; a pro-rata claim on that position, its accrued fees, and the vault's idle balances. Marketplace royalty: the 3% royalty (ERC-2981) set on Factory NFT sales. Marketplaces that honor it pay it to a royalty operator, which buys HUNT with it and deposits that HUNT into the vault. Mint / Burn: buying (mint) and selling (burn) an asset against its bonding curve. Factory NFTs work differently: they mint at NAV and burn for 95% of NAV, with no curve. Mint Club: the no-code bonding-curve protocol for tokens (ERC-20) and NFTs (ERC-1155). Co-op project tokens and MT are issued on it. MT (Mint Token): Mint Club's platform token; itself a HUNT-backed child token. It replaced the older MINT token on June 5, 2025. 98HUNT TOWN DOCS NAV per NFT: the HUNT held by the Factory NFT contract divided by the number of Factory NFTs. Minting one NFT locks this much HUNT. It was 1,000 HUNT at launch, and it rises when HUNT is added outside a mint or when NFTs are burned. See The NAV Vault. Provider: one concrete implementation of a capability on h402, with its own input schema, price, upstream service, and a stored real-response sample. Every call is pinned to exactly one provider. Reserve token: the asset held in a bonding curve to back an issued token/NFT. In Hunt Town this is frequently HUNT. Seed NFT: the one Factory NFT minted when the contract was deployed, backed by 1,000 HUNT. The team holds it, and it has no special rights. See The NAV Vault. Top-up: the HUNT a holder adds when migrating Buildings, so that their value reaches whole Factory NFTs. It is never refunded. See Migrating Buildings. x402: the standard that uses HTTP 402 Payment Required as a real payment handshake; h402's foundation. Legacy Building NFT: Hunt Town's earlier HUNT-backed NFTs. A Main Building (Ethereum, ERC-721) holds 1,000 HUNT in the Town Hall contract, released when the Building is burned after it unlocks. A Mini Building (Base, ERC-1155) was minted with 100 HUNT through Mint Club. Holders can migrate them into Factory NFTs. See Migrating Buildings. Town Hall: the Ethereum contract that holds the 1,000 HUNT behind each Main Building and records when each one unlocks. See Migrating Buildings. 99HUNT TOWN DOCS 0 9 · R E F E R E N C E Links & Resources Hunt Town Website: hunt.town Docs (this whitepaper): docs.hunt.town Factory NFT: hunt.town/factory · migrate Buildings: hunt.town/migrate · OpenSea GitHub: github.com/Steemhunt/hunt-town News / blog: news.hunt.town Community: X · Discord Products h402 (beta): h402.hunt.town · catalog · docs. (“Core Team,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the Hunt Town website, documentation, and decentralized applications that provide access to onchain services on Ethereum, the Base Network, and other supported chains (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site immediately. 1. Overview Hunt Town is an onchain product factory for the Builder & Agent Economy. It builds and operates a changing set of onchain products that connect builders, holders, and AI agents, along with HUNT (the reserve token) and the Factory NFT. The Site provides community tools and interfaces to smart contracts, which you use from your own wallet. Some features may also involve contracts or wallets operated by the Core Team, or steps the Core Team completes for you, as described in the documentation for that feature. 2. Do Your Own Research & Independent Projects You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions on the Site. Do your own research (DYOR) before you mint, buy, sell, burn, bridge, migrate, launch, or pay for anything. Read the documentation, check the smart contracts and their addresses, and make sure you understand the fees, mechanics, and risks. Information on the Site, in the documentation, and in community channels may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong, and may change without notice. Where a smart contract is involved, the deployed contract decides what actually happens. Do not rely on the Core Team, builders, community members, or other third parties to make decisions for you. Use only funds you can afford to lose. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including tax rules, and for not using the Site where that is prohibited. Tokens that users launch through Hunt Town products are independent, user-created projects. The Core Team does not operate, control, review, or endorse them, and holds no legal, financial, or managerial responsibility for any of them or their outcomes. Any action, decision, or loss involving a project token is yours alone. The Factory NFT is not a project token. The Core Team operates it, and Section 6 covers it. 102HUNT TOWN DOCS 3. No Financial or Investment Advice All information provided through Hunt Town (including websites, documentation, or community channels) is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing should be interpreted as financial advice, investment guidance, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. 4. Onchain Interactions Hunt Town products run onchain. We do not: Hold your private keys. Any wallet you use or create, including one created with the h402 CLI, is yours to secure. Intercept or reverse blockchain transactions. Guarantee smart contract functionality, network uptime, or transaction success. You use your own wallet and pay gas fees with the network’s token (e.g., ETH, or Base ETH). All transactions are irreversible. 5. Use of HUNT Token HUNT is the core token of Hunt Town. It backs the Factory NFT and is the reserve asset for Co-op project tokens and other HUNT-backed tokens. Minting and burning these assets locks or releases HUNT under the rules of their smart contracts. HUNT’s price is volatile. You may lose part or all of the value of any HUNT you hold or lock. The Core Team makes no promise about HUNT’s price, stability, liquidity, or availability on any market. 6. Factory NFTs The Factory NFT is backed by HUNT held in its smart contract on Ethereum. Minting, burning, fees, royalties, and redemption follow the rules of that contract. The documentation summarizes them. If the two differ, the contract governs. Redemption is paid in HUNT and can return less HUNT than you paid, for example because of fees. Its dollar value follows the HUNT price and can fall. HUNT may be added to the contract from product revenue and other sources. Any HUNT the Core Team adds is at its discretion, has no set schedule or amount, and may stop at any time. The contract owner has only limited powers, set in the contract code and summarized in the documentation. Features that turn other assets into Factory NFTs, such as migrating legacy Building NFTs, may involve contracts or wallets operated by the Core Team. The Core Team may also complete steps for you. These features may be limited, delayed, paused, or discontinued. Delivery times are not guaranteed, and completed migrations cannot be reversed. Factory NFTs are not an investment. They give no right to profits, dividends, or any payment from the Core Team. 103HUNT TOWN DOCS Once minted, Factory NFTs and the HUNT behind them are governed solely by smart contract logic. 7. Project Tokens Project tokens are created by independent builders, with parameters the builder sets within the options each product offers. Hunt Town does not endorse or guarantee any project, its builder, or its token. Being launched, listed, or given a vault on a Hunt Town product is not an endorsement. 8. Mint Club Protocol Integration Some Hunt Town products, such as the Co-op, are built on the Mint Club protocol, a no-code bonding curve framework. Its smart contracts handle minting, burning, and pricing for those tokens. These products may also use supporting contracts of their own. The Factory NFT and lpTOKEN.fun run on separate smart contracts. 9. h402 Payments h402 is Hunt Town’s capability market for developers and AI agents. Paid calls are settled onchain in stablecoins such as USDC. h402 also has its own terms at h402.hunt.town/terms, which apply to your use of h402 in addition to these Terms. Payments may pass through payment infrastructure operated by Hunt Town or third parties before they reach a provider. Completed payments are final and cannot be reversed by the Core Team. Paid capabilities are served by independent providers. The Core Team does not control, endorse, or guarantee any provider, including its pricing, availability, output, or fitness for any purpose. A provider marked as verified or recommended is not endorsed or guaranteed. You are solely responsible for the calls you authorize and the funds you spend, including payments made by agents you configure. 10. Bridged HUNT on Base HUNT tokens bridged to the Base Network via the L2StandardBridge contracts function as a representation of the original HUNT on Ethereum Mainnet. This bridge allows two-way transfers between Ethereum and Base using standardized Layer 2 bridging mechanisms. The bridging process, including all related contracts (such as L2StandardBridge) and interfaces (e.g., Superbridge), is fully operated by third-party protocols outside the control of the Hunt Town Core Team. The Core Team: Does not operate, control, or maintain the bridge contracts or their interfaces. Is not responsible for any smart contract vulnerabilities, operational failures, or interface errors that may occur during bridging. Bears no liability for losses, delays, or token discrepancies arising from the bridge process. 104HUNT TOWN DOCS Users are solely responsible for ensuring safe and correct use of the bridge when transferring HUNT between Ethereum and Base. 11. Risks Using blockchain-based products involves risks, including but not limited to: Smart contract bugs, exploits, or failures. Market volatility and the loss of part or all of an asset’s value. Fees and product mechanics that return less than you paid. Wallet loss or compromise, and mistakes such as sending assets to the wrong address. Network congestion, gas fee spikes, or failed or delayed transactions. Delays or failures in features that depend on the Core Team or third parties. Changes to any product or feature, or its suspension or discontinuation. Changes in laws or regulations. Actions that cannot be undone, such as migrating Building NFTs into Factory NFTs. You accept these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Hunt Town Core Team is not liable for losses resulting from them. 12. Intellectual Property The Hunt Town name, logo, design elements, and related branding are property of BourbonShake Inc. All user-generated projects retain ownership of their respective intellectual property. 13. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all Hunt Town products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Core Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from: Use of or inability to use the Site or smart contracts. Interactions with third-party projects or tokens. Loss of assets, data, or profits. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Site. 14. Amendments We may change these Terms at any time. We post changes on this page and update the date at the top. Continued use of Hunt Town after a change means you accept the updated Terms. 105HUNT TOWN DOCS We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or any feature we operate at any time, without notice. This does not change how deployed smart contracts work. 15. Contact For inquiries or reports, contact: admin@hunt.town
