but payment confirmation is delayed, wait a moment and refresh before trying again. ## What approval changes Approval takes effect through an onchain transaction. The address you supplied becomes both the current creator and the recipient of future creator fees. Creator rights include publishing announcements and editing supported profile information where editing was enabled at launch. The original creator remains part of the launch history, and previously earned fees stay with their existing recipient. Token balances, supply, trading-fee rates, and locked liquidity remain unchanged. See [Fee claims](/launchpad/trading/claims) for how earned fees are collected. # Token burns Source: https://docs.o1.exchange/launchpad/tax/burns Send tokens collected through the creator's burn allocation to the dead address. When the creator includes a burn allocation, trades in the launch pool collect tokens for burning. The token page shows how many have been collected and are ready to burn. <Note> This page describes **Tax** burns of the launched token. **[\$O launches](/launchpad/wsto/overview)** instead burn the wstO paired asset automatically during each swap, with an actual `totalSupply` reduction and no manual burn step. </Note> **Burn tokens** sends that balance to the dead address, taking the tokens out of usable circulation. It does not burn tokens from your wallet or pay tokens to you. Anyone can do this and pay the network gas. ## What happens 1. Trades collect tokens according to the creator's burn allocation. 2. The collected balance waits until someone selects **Burn tokens**. 3. The transaction sends that balance to the dead address: `0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD`. The button is available when there is a balance to burn. If a burn transaction fails, the collected tokens remain available for another attempt. ## What burning changes Sending tokens to the dead address reduces the amount in usable circulation. It does not change the token's fixed total supply, buy tokens from the market or guarantee a higher price. See [Tax tokens](/launchpad/tax/overview#split-the-remainder) for the allocation settings, or [Tax contract integration](/launchpad/integration/tax-tokens#burn-redemption) for technical details. # Holder dividends Source: https://docs.o1.exchange/launchpad/tax/dividends Earn a share of trading rewards while eligible and claim directly from your wallet. When a Tax token includes dividends, each trade in its launch pool assigns rewards to eligible holders. Rewards use the pool's **paired asset**: an ETH pair earns ETH, a BNB pair earns BNB, a MON pair earns MON, an OKB pair earns OKB, a USDC pair earns its chain's USDC, a Robinhood USDG pair earns USDG, and a stock pair earns that Stock Token. **Rewards are assigned automatically. Claim them when you're ready.** No staking deposit or token approval is needed to claim. ## How you earn The creator chooses the dividend allocation and minimum holding at launch. The documented factory floor is **10,000 tokens** on Base, Robinhood, BSC, Monad, X Layer and Arc, but a creator may choose a higher threshold, up to the fixed supply. 1. A trade generates a dividend fee in the paired asset. 2. The contract divides it based on each holder's share of the eligible tokens when the fee is recorded. 3. Your share becomes an earned reward that you can claim later. For example, if a trade contributes 10 USDC and your wallet holds 2% of the eligible tokens when the fee is recorded, you earn approximately 0.20 USDC. Small amounts follow the contract's integer rounding. Newly bought tokens normally begin earning from subsequent trades. If you already held an eligible balance, that existing balance may earn from your own buy. The contract's actual transfer and fee order determines participation; buying tokens does not give you a share of earlier trading rewards. ## Eligibility * Your full token balance counts when it meets the token's minimum and your address is eligible. * Falling below the minimum stops new earnings until you qualify again. * Selling or transferring tokens does not transfer rewards you have already earned. * If nobody qualifies when a trade's dividend fee is recorded, that portion goes to the token's fixed protocol recipient. It does not wait for future buyers. A very high threshold may leave nobody eligible, especially when tokens are held in excluded pools or sent to the dead address. The threshold stays fixed for each token. Rewards depend on trading activity and eligible balances; there is no guaranteed return. ## Claim your rewards The token's **Dividends** section shows your claimable rewards, total earned, minimum holding and rewards claimed. Select **Claim rewards** to collect the unpaid amount. Your profile's **Dividends** tab brings supported tokens together, including unpaid earnings from tokens you have sold. **Claim all** claims one group of payable rewards on the displayed page in one transaction. If more groups remain, claim again. Use **Next tokens** to find more positions. If a payout reverts, none of that transaction's payments complete; earlier successful claims stay paid. Check a submitted transaction's status before retrying. A transaction with no payment is not a reward payout. Balances refresh after confirmation; indexed activity can take longer to appear. Claiming pays only your earned amount to your payout address. Other holders' earned rewards and the pool's locked liquidity remain unchanged. ## Receiving rewards Claim from the wallet that owns the entitlement, including a compatible smart wallet. Claims pay that wallet unless an administrator has recorded a different receiver. The dedicated Claim all helper acts only for its caller; another person cannot force your withdrawal. Outside Arc, the app pays native rewards as ETH, BNB, MON or OKB, and ERC-20 rewards as their recorded token. Direct integrations can request wrapped payment for native rewards. You still need native currency for transaction gas. ## Arc rewards Arc rewards are paid in the pool's ERC-20 paired asset: six-decimal USDC or eight-decimal cirBTC. Native and ERC-20 USDC share one balance, so claiming USDC also changes that shared balance. There is no wrapped USDC conversion or extra claim approval. The minimum holding, earned rewards and Claim all rules above remain the same. ## Exclusions and administration The launch PoolManager, mandatory system addresses and configured custody addresses are excluded from rewards. Other pools may still qualify until identified and explicitly excluded. Tokens held by an exchange, pool or staking contract do not give your own wallet the corresponding dividend entitlement. The factory owner or creator administrator can manage exclusions, change payout receivers and recover assets from the Dividend contract. Creating a token does not grant these administrator powers. Exclusion stops new earnings and blocks claims while the address is excluded. Previously earned rewards remain recorded. Mandatory system exclusions cannot be removed; changes to default exclusions apply only to future launches. Existing tokens need their own authorized update. Asset recovery can remove backing for unpaid rewards and prevent claims until funds are restored. These powers cannot change the token's fixed trading taxes or unlock its liquidity. See [Configuration and governance](/launchpad/architecture/deployment-governance#tax-policy-and-dividend-administration). Holder dividends are separate from [staking rewards](/launchpad/staking/overview) and [creator, protocol or partner fees](/launchpad/trading/claims). Integrators can also make [voluntary reward contributions](/launchpad/integration/tax-tokens#reward-contributions-and-backing). # How taxes work Source: https://docs.o1.exchange/launchpad/tax/overview Choose trading taxes for creator funds, holder dividends and burns, with protocol fees included. Tax tokens let creators choose how trading in their launch pool supports the project and its holders. They launch directly into Uniswap v4 with permanent liquidity, just like Standard launches. On Base, **Standard** creates a B20 token and **Tax** creates a fixed-supply ERC-20. They are separate products. Choosing Tax does not change any existing Standard token. Each chain has its own Tax deployment and paired assets: | Chain | Paired assets | Creation fee | | - | - | - | | [Base](/launchpad/reference/live-configuration#base-tax-suite) | ETH, USDC, registered crypto assets and Stock Tokens | 0.001 ETH | | [Robinhood](/launchpad/reference/live-configuration#robinhood-tax-suite) | ETH, USDG and registered Stock Tokens | 0.001 ETH | | [BSC](/launchpad/reference/live-configuration#bsc-tax-suite) | BNB, Binance-Peg USDC and registered bStocks | 0.003 BNB | | [Monad](/launchpad/reference/live-configuration#monad-tax-suite) | MON, USDC and WETH | 100 MON | | [X Layer](/launchpad/reference/live-configuration#xlayer-tax-suite) | OKB, USDC, xETH and registered wrapped stocks | 0.02 OKB | | [Arc](/launchpad/reference/live-configuration#arc-tax-suite) | USDC and cirBTC | 2 native USDC | The create page shows available pairs and the current creation fee. On Arc, native and ERC-20 USDC share one balance; see [Arc rewards](/launchpad/tax/dividends#arc-rewards). ## Choose the trading tax Set a separate **buy tax** and **sell tax**. Each is the complete ordinary tax in the launch pool, including the protocol fee. There is no extra platform or referral trading fee added on top by this suite. The current launch policy permits **1% to 10%** on each side. The protocol receives 10% of the selected tax, subject to a minimum of **0.5%** and a maximum of **1%** of trading value. The floor means the protocol does not always receive exactly 10% of the tax. | Selected total tax | Protocol | Left for your allocations | | - | - | - | | 1% | 0.5% | 0.5% | | 3% | 0.5% | 2.5% | | 10% | 1% | 9% | Review the trade preview for the expected amount and minimum received after fees and slippage. The creation fee above is separate from trading taxes and network gas. A route that first acquires the paired asset can also incur that external pool's fees and price impact. ## Split the remainder Use the allocation controls to split what remains after protocol between: | Allocation | What it does | | - | - | | Creator funds | Earns claimable fees for the creator in the paired asset | | Holder dividends | Assigns rewards in the paired asset to eligible holders as trades happen | | Burn | Collects tokens that anyone can later send to the dead address | The percentages divide the **remainder**, not the whole trade. They must add up to 100%; an unused allocation can be zero. The same split applies to buys and sells, even when their total taxes differ. For example, with a **3% total tax** and a **60% creator / 40% dividend** split, protocol takes 0.5%. The remaining 2.5% divides into 1.5% creator and 1% dividends. There is no burn allocation in this example. Tokens launched through an integration can also include a fixed partner allocation from the same remainder. See [Tax contract integration](/launchpad/integration/tax-tokens) for this option. ## Launch settings <Steps> <Step title="Choose Tax and a paired asset"> Select a supported crypto or stock pair on the chosen network when Tax creation is available. Creator funds and dividends use the paired asset; burns use the token you launch. </Step> <Step title="Set buy and sell taxes"> Use the sliders for whole percentages or type up to six decimal places. Review the protocol share and split the remainder so the allocations total 100%. </Step> <Step title="Configure dividends, if enabled"> Choose the minimum holding for rewards, from 10,000 tokens up to the token supply. Set the dividend allocation to zero if you do not want holder dividends. </Step> <Step title="Review protection and creator settings"> Choose whether to enable anti-sniping, whether metadata can be edited, and the creator funds recipient. An optional Dev Buy happens atomically with launch and pays the ordinary buy tax, without the anti-sniping surcharge. </Step> <Step title="Confirm the launch"> Review the total taxes, split, minimum holding, creation fee and any Dev Buy. The app prepares the launch before asking you to confirm the transaction in your wallet. </Step> </Steps> Tax rates, allocation shares, the minimum holding, reward currency and the chosen anti-sniping schedule are fixed for the launched token. Creator rights and the payout address for future creator funds can be transferred. See the [dividend guide](/launchpad/tax/dividends#exclusions-and-administration) for reward administration. ## Optional anti-sniping When enabled, the current policy starts the **combined trading fee at 99%**, then reduces it over **20 seconds** toward that side's ordinary buy or sell tax. It is not 99% added on top. The temporary surcharge goes to protocol. With anti-sniping off, ordinary taxes apply from launch. Review the protection settings shown before confirming your launch; later platform updates do not change an existing token's schedule. ## Where tax applies Tax applies to swaps through this token's **o1 launch pool**, including supported third-party routes that use that pool. Ordinary wallet transfers are untaxed. Trading in a separate pool or on a centralized exchange does not automatically contribute to these taxes. <CardGroup> <Card title="Holder dividends" icon="coins" href="/launchpad/tax/dividends"> Understand automatic rewards, eligibility and your personal claims. </Card> <Card title="Token burns" icon="fire" href="/launchpad/tax/burns"> Send collected burn tokens to the dead address without spending your own tokens. </Card> </CardGroup> # Fee claims Source: https://docs.o1.exchange/launchpad/trading/claims Claim Standard trading fees and Tax creator, protocol or integrator payouts, separately from holder dividends. Swap fees remain available until they are claimed. One inactive recipient cannot block swaps, launches, or anyone else's claim. Tax creator and partner earnings are also claimed from **Profile > Fees**. **Holder dividends are separate**: use [Dividends](/launchpad/tax/dividends) to claim your earned rewards. [Token burns](/launchpad/tax/burns) send collected tokens to the dead address. **[\$O launches](/launchpad/wsto/overview)** have no fee claims or dividends. Their wstO fees are destroyed in each successful swap, so there is no collected balance or manual burn action. A profile can still show claims earned from that wallet's other Standard or Tax launches. ## Fee claims The connected wallet's Profile page groups available balances by paired asset, including ETH, MON, BNB, OKB, USDC, USDG, supported Coinbase crypto majors, and supported Stock Tokens. Its **Claim** action always pays the recorded recipient. | Contract option | Who may start it | Destination | | - | - | - | | `claimFor` on a current fee contract, or the equivalent function on the fee contract recorded for an earlier launch | Anyone | Always the recorded recipient | | `claimTo` | The balance owner through a direct contract interaction | An address chosen by that owner | Claims pay the same paired asset used by the launch market. A USDC market pays USDC fees, a USDG market pays USDG fees, an ETH market pays ETH fees, an OKB market pays native OKB fees, a crypto-major market pays its selected asset, such as a Coinbase wrapped token or Arc cirBTC, and a stock-paired market pays its selected Stock Token. ## Profile overview The connected Profile page groups: * claimable hook-fee balances by asset; * referral activity and attributed trades; * the wallet's launches and supported management tools. Standard creator/referral earnings and Tax creator/protocol/integrator earnings are claimed from **Profile > Fees**. **Profile > Referrals** shows attributed trade counts, hook-fee volume, and recent referral activity; it is not the claimable-balance view. Wallet Activity shows indexed claim transactions. Profile views may briefly sync after confirmation; the contracts remain authoritative. ## Currency handling <Tabs> <Tab title="Native currency"> The app claims native ETH (Base/Robinhood), BNB (BSC), MON (Monad), or OKB (X Layer) directly to the destination. </Tab> <Tab title="Token pair"> The app claims the exact ERC-20 used by that launch pool. This can be USDC, USDG, cirBTC, another supported crypto quote, or a supported Stock Token. Developers should use the pool's recorded quote address and can verify current assets in [Production contracts](/launchpad/reference/production-contracts) and [Stock-paired launches](/launchpad/create/stock-paired-launches). </Tab> </Tabs> On X Layer, fees and claims use the pool's paired currency: native OKB, USDC, xETH or a wrapped stock token. USDC uses 6 decimals; the other catalog quotes use 18. Native OKB pays transaction gas. Claims from an existing pool always retain that pool's recorded currency, even if its quote is later removed from new creation. Developers can find the exact read and claim functions in [Functions and events](/launchpad/reference/events-functions). # Fees, anti-snipe, and referrals Source: https://docs.o1.exchange/launchpad/trading/fees-referrals Creation fees, paired-asset swap fees, the opening anti-snipe period, referral links, attribution rules, and trade comments. Standard and Tax launches pay their factory's current native creation fee plus gas. **Standard tokens** use the creator/platform/referrer swap-fee model below. **Tax tokens** use creator-selected inclusive buy/sell totals. **\$O launches on Base and Robinhood** have no creation fee and burn their entire suite trading fee in wstO. None of these products adds another product's fee model on top. ## Creation fees | Chain and route | Paired assets | Current creation fee | | - | - | -: | | Base Standard / Tax | A supported crypto asset or Stock Token for the selected product | 0.001 ETH | | Base / Robinhood \$O | wstO | None | | Robinhood | ETH, USDG, or a registered Robinhood Stock Token | 0.001 ETH | | Monad | MON, USDC or WETH | 100 MON | | Arc | USDC or registered cirBTC | 2 native USDC | | BSC | BNB, USDC or a registered bStock | 0.003 BNB | | X Layer | OKB, USDC, xETH and 45 wrapped stocks | 0.02 OKB | The creator also pays the network gas required to confirm the launch transaction. Each Standard or Tax factory uses one global native fee for every quote: 0.001 ETH on Base/Robinhood, 100 MON on Monad, 2 native USDC on Arc, 0.003 BNB on BSC, and 0.02 OKB on X Layer. A USDG-paired Robinhood launch does not pay its creation fee in USDG. The \$O factory has no launch-fee setting. Creation fees are mutable settings for future launches. Read the active factory immediately before preparing a transaction. Arc uses 18-decimal native USDC for the launch fee. Trading fees and claims use the selected pool quote: six-decimal ERC-20 USDC or eight-decimal cirBTC. Only native and ERC-20 USDC share one balance; cirBTC is a separate asset. Arc Standard has [no anti-snipe surcharge](/launchpad/reference/live-configuration#arc-mainnet) for new launches; its normal 1% trading fee still applies. Arc Tax has separate creator-selected taxes and optional anti-sniping. ## Normal swap fee The normal-fee, anti-snipe and financial referral sections below describe **Standard tokens**. They do not add fees or allocations to Tax or \$O launches. The normal swap fee is **1% of the paired-asset amount**. With a valid referrer, that 1% is divided as follows: | Recipient | Share of the 1% fee | Equivalent share of the trade | | - | -: | -: | | Creator | 50% | 0.5% | | Platform | 30% | 0.3% | | Referrer | 20% | 0.2% | If a trade has no valid referrer, the unused 0.2% referral share goes to the platform. Fees are always denominated in the selected paired asset: * an ETH market charges ETH; * an O
