We have built onchain products since 2018, and each one hands what it learned to the next. Product revenue backs one asset, the Factory NFT, counted in HUNT. hunt.town How Hunt Town works Build, ship, seed. Every product follows the same arc. We build it on an onchain primitive, ship it and run it, and when it retires, its mechanics and community seed the next one. The products share one economy. The Factory Model The engine: the Factory NFT. Product revenue buys HUNT and adds it to the Factory NFT contract, which raises the NAV of every Factory NFT at once. The Factory NFT is an ERC-1155 token on Ethereum, backed by the HUNT its own contract holds. The contract cannot be upgraded, and the owner cannot withdraw that HUNT. 5HUNT TOWN DOCS → → The Factory NFT on hunt.town Factory NFT: Overview Mint and burn. Mint at the current NAV per NFT, which started at 1,000 HUNT. Pay in HUNT, or in ETH, USDC, USDT or DAI swapped to HUNT in the same transaction. Burn any time for 95% of the NAV in HUNT. The other 5% stays in the vault for the holders who remain. Minting on hunt.town Mint & Burn The vault. Marketplace royalties add HUNT too. There is nothing to claim, no schedule and no set amount, and no return is promised. The NAV is counted in HUNT, so its dollar value follows the HUNT price. 6HUNT TOWN DOCS → → How HUNT reaches the vault. The numbers are an example, not a forecast. The NAV Vault Who we build for The onchain Builder & Agent Economy: people who launch, trade and build onchain, and a growing number of software agents that pay for the services they use. Each product we run serves builders, agents, or both. The Builder & Agent Economy What runs today The factory runs a small set of active products at a time, each built on an onchain primitive and all sharing one economy. See the active products on hunt.town. Each one also has its own section in these docs. Archived products We archive fast. When a product does not work out, or leaves our main focus and runs in maintenance mode, we archive it quickly and put the team's time and resources into new products. Every archived product keeps a record of the bet, what worked, what broke and what it seeded. See them all in the Archives on hunt.town. 7HUNT TOWN DOCS → → The Archives on hunt.town Archives HUNT The token under the economy. HUNT was issued once, 500,000,000 in total. No address can mint more, and past burns removed about 60% of it. It backs the Factory NFT and is the reserve behind HUNT-backed tokens. HUNT on hunt.town HUNT (ERC20) Supply. Live burned, locked and circulating figures are on hunt.town. How they are counted is in Supply & Distribution. 8HUNT TOWN DOCS →Supply & Distribution 01 Hunt Town The Factory Model 10 The Builder & Agent Economy 12 H U N T T O W N D O C S 10HUNT TOWN DOCS 0 1 · H U N T T O W N The Factory Model Hunt Town is an Onchain Product Factory. We design, build, ship, and operate many products over time rather than maintaining a single app forever. What makes a factory coherent is that its products are not isolated. Ours share an economy, a set of primitives, and a community, and they feed one another. Product revenue also backs one shared asset: the Factory NFT. hunt.town Build → ship → seed Every product follows the same arc, and the last step is the one that makes the factory compound: 1. Build: take an onchain primitive (curation rewards, bonding curves, NFT ownership, liquidity positions, agent payments) and turn it into a product real people can use. 2. Ship: launch it, grow it, and operate it for as long as it serves the ecosystem. 3. Seed: when a product is retired or evolves, its mechanics, its community, and its lessons seed the next product. The Archives show what each product seeded. Steemhunt's reward-curation model seeded everything. Neverlose.money's lock-up mechanics fed Mint Club's tooling. Hunt Tip's NFT-allowance tipping seeded the Co- op. Products → HUNT → the Factory NFT Product revenue buys HUNT, and that HUNT goes into the Factory NFT, where it raises the NAV per NFT for every holder at once. There is no deposit schedule and no set amount. See The NAV Vault. 11HUNT TOWN DOCS The shared foundation Active products are not built from scratch each time. They draw on a shared foundation: The Factory NFT: the one asset that product revenue backs. HUNT: the token that revenue buys for the Factory NFT, and the reserve behind Co-op project tokens. Mint Club: the bonding-curve protocol that Co-op and other HUNT-backed tokens are issued on. A new product uses the parts that fit instead of reinventing them. Active products and the archive At any time the factory runs a small set of active products and keeps a much larger record of previous products in the Archives. The retired products are the track record that earned the factory its current thesis. We archive fast. A product that does not work out, or that leaves the main focus and runs in maintenance mode, is archived quickly so the team's resources go to new products. The Archives on hunt.town Builders and holders Builders launch tokens and projects on the factory's primitives. Holders buy, trade and hold what builders launch, and can hold the Factory NFT itself. A third participant now joins them: software agents that transact on their own behalf. See The Builder & Agent Economy. 12HUNT TOWN DOCS 0 1 · H U N T T O W N The Builder & Agent Economy Hunt Town builds for the onchain Builder & Agent Economy: the growing population of people, and increasingly software agents, that create, transact, and coordinate onchain. Builders and agents have the same underlying needs, and each product we run serves one of them, or both. Builders From the beginning, Hunt Town's bet has been that token-incentivized communities can out-create centralized platforms when the people doing the work are rewarded directly. That bet started with Steemhunt in 2018, a community that curated products and earned crypto for it, and it has run through everything since: reward systems, NFT tooling, a HUNT-backed launchpad. The hard problem for onchain builders has always been the same: most projects start alone, struggling to bootstrap liquidity, attract users, and stay alive long enough to matter. The factory's answer is a shared economy where projects are connected through a common reserve asset, so the success of one strengthens the foundation under all of them. Agents The newer half is agents. Autonomous software is starting to do real economic work (calling APIs, buying data, generating media, completing tasks), and it needs a way to pay for what it uses without a human in the loop and without custodial accounts. Traditional rails assume a person with a card, an account, and a billing relationship per vendor. That does not survive contact with an agent that needs dozens of services, once each, at machine speed. Products for both halves The products change over time: we ship new ones and archive the ones that leave our main focus. Each serves builders, agents, or both. The current lineup is on hunt.town. The Factory NFT is where the products connect: product revenue buys the HUNT that backs it. 02 Factory NFT Overview 14 Mint & Burn 16 The NAV Vault 18 Migrating Buildings 20 H U N T T O W N D O C S 14HUNT TOWN DOCS 0 2 · F A C T O R Y N F T Factory NFT: Overview The Factory NFT is the one asset that product revenue backs. You lock HUNT to mint one. Product revenue and marketplace royalties add more HUNT to the vault, which raises the NAV of every NFT at once. Burn any time to take 95% of your NFT's NAV back in HUNT. Mint at NAV. Anyone can mint by locking the current NAV per NFT in HUNT. 2. The vault grows. Product revenue, marketplace royalties and other income add HUNT to the contract, with no schedule or set amount. Any HUNT added outside a mint raises the NAV per NFT for every holder at once. There is nothing to claim and no holding period. 3. Burn for HUNT. Burning an NFT redeems 95% of its NAV in HUNT. The other 5% stays in the vault, which raises the NAV for everyone still holding. Details: Mint & Burn · The NAV Vault. The Factory NFT on the hunt.town home page What the owner cannot do The owner cannot withdraw the vault's HUNT, mint NFTs without HUNT behind them, or upgrade the contract. See Safeguards. Counted in HUNT What you lock, the NAV and what a burn gives back are all counted in HUNT, and the dollar value follows the HUNT price, which can fall. Because of the 5% burn fee, a burn can give back less HUNT than you locked. No return is promised. See What you get back in HUNT and Terms. Where to use it Mint, burn and live figures: hunt.town/factory. 16HUNT TOWN DOCS 0 2 · F A C T O R Y N F T Mint & Burn Factory NFTs are minted and burned against the HUNT in the vault. There is no bonding curve and no order book. Both use the NAV: the vault's HUNT divided by the number of NFTs. Mint Minting creates new Factory NFTs at the current NAV. HUNT to mint q NFTs = HUNT in the vault × q ÷ NFTs in supply Each NFT locks the current NAV per NFT. At launch that was 1,000 HUNT. All of it goes into the vault. The HUNT you lock stays in the Factory NFT contract and backs every NFT. Existing holders are not diluted. New NFTs bring in their full share of HUNT, so the NAV per NFT does not drop. Pay with HUNT, or with ETH, USDC, USDT or DAI swapped to HUNT through Uniswap v4 in the same transaction. Minting on hunt.town Burn Burning destroys Factory NFTs and sends you HUNT. HUNT you receive = HUNT in the vault × q ÷ NFTs in supply × 95% 17HUNT TOWN DOCS The burn fee is 5%. It stays in the vault and raises the NAV per NFT for everyone still holding. Only the holder can burn. A burn takes NFTs from the burner's own wallet. The last NFT stays. Supply can never drop below one, so the last Factory NFT cannot be burned. Burning on hunt.town: the 5% fee stays in the vault A worked example At launch the vault holds 1,000 HUNT behind the one seed NFT. 1. Someone mints one NFT and locks 1,000 HUNT. The vault now holds 2,000 HUNT behind two NFTs, still 1,000 HUNT each. 2. They burn it straight away and receive 950 HUNT. The 50 HUNT fee stays behind. 3. The vault now holds 1,050 HUNT behind one NFT, so the NAV per NFT is 1,050 HUNT. What you get back in HUNT HUNT back ÷ HUNT locked = 0.95 × NAV per NFT at burn ÷ NAV per NFT at mint Burn at the NAV you minted at, and you get back 95% of the HUNT you locked. You get back more HUNT than you locked only after the NAV per NFT has risen more than about 5.26% since your mint. Everything here is counted in HUNT, whose price can fall. No deposit is scheduled, so the NAV per NFT may not rise at all. No return is promised. See Terms. 18HUNT TOWN DOCS 0 2 · F A C T O R Y N F T The NAV Vault The vault is not a separate contract. The Factory NFT contract holds the HUNT itself, and its HUNT balance is the vault. NAV per NFT NAV per NFT = HUNT in the vault ÷ NFTs in supply The Factory NFT launched with one seed NFT backed by 1,000 HUNT, so the NAV per NFT started at 1,000 HUNT. The team holds the seed. It is an ordinary Factory NFT with no special rights. What raises the NAV Any HUNT added to the Factory NFT contract outside a mint raises the NAV per NFT for every holder at the same moment. There is nothing to claim and no holding period. An NFT minted today carries the same share as one minted at launch. HUNT comes in from product revenue, marketplace royalties, the burn fee and other income: Product revenue. It is used to buy HUNT, and that HUNT is deposited into the vault. Royalties from NFT marketplace sales (3%). The contract sets a 3% royalty (ERC-2981), paid to a royalty operator by the marketplaces that honor it. The operator buys HUNT with it and deposits that HUNT into the vault. The burn fee (5%). When an NFT is burned, 5% of its NAV stays in the vault. There is no deposit schedule, and the amounts are not fixed. No inflow is promised. The NAV is counted in HUNT, so its dollar value moves with the HUNT price, in either direction. See Terms. 19HUNT TOWN DOCS How HUNT reaches the vault, on hunt.town/factory. The numbers are an example, not a forecast. What each action does Action HUNT in the vault NFTs in supply NAV per NFT HUNT arrives Rises No change Rises Someone mints Rises by the HUNT they lock Rises No change Someone burns Falls by 95% of the burned NFTs' NAV Falls Rises Safeguards The contract cannot be upgraded. The owner cannot withdraw HUNT from the vault or mint NFTs without HUNT behind them. The owner can change only the metadata and the royalty operator, and can hand ownership over or give it up. The 3% royalty and the 5% burn fee are fixed in the contract. Supply can never drop below one NFT, so there is always an NFT for the vault's HUNT to back. Live numbers The live NAV per NFT, supply, vault HUNT and daily NAV history are shown at hunt.town/factory. The vault's HUNT also counts as locked in Supply & Distribution. 20HUNT TOWN DOCS 0 2 · F A C T O R Y N F T Migrating Buildings Building NFTs are Hunt Town's legacy NFTs. Holders can turn them into Factory NFTs. Each Building counts at a fixed HUNT value, and you add HUNT to reach whole Factory NFTs. Main Buildings migrate on Ethereum. Mini Buildings migrate from Base. The migration portal The rules One way. Migrated Buildings do not come back. Factory NFTs can be burned for 95% of their NAV. One chain at a time. Main Buildings migrate on Ethereum in one transaction. Mini Buildings and their top-up are sent on Base. Whole NFTs only. There are no partial Factory NFTs and no refunds. Factory NFTs arrive on Ethereum, whichever chain you migrate from. From Base, the team confirms the deposit and then mints them to the same wallet address on Ethereum. You pay gas on Base only. Same address on Ethereum. Before a Base deposit, confirm that you control the same address on Ethereum. This matters most for smart contract wallets, whose address can differ between chains. Base deposits can be found again. If you lose track of one, the migration page finds it from its Base transaction hash. Main Building Mini Building Network Ethereum Base Counts as 1,000 HUNT each 100 HUNT each Top-up paid in HUNT on Ethereum HUNT on Base 21HUNT TOWN DOCS Counted in full The migration takes each Building at the HUNT it was minted with and waives what would normally hold that HUNT back. Locked Main Buildings count. Main Buildings still locked in the Town Hall are accepted at the full 1,000 HUNT. You do not wait for the unlock date. No 5% off Mini Buildings. Each Mini Building counts as the full 100 HUNT it was minted with. The 5% burn royalty that applies when a Mini Building is burned on Mint Club is not taken off. Every Building counts in full How many Factory NFTs The Buildings' HUNT value is divided by the current NAV per NFT and rounded up to whole Factory NFTs. The holder adds the difference in HUNT (the top-up), which is never refunded. You review a quote before you send anything. Main Buildings use the NAV when the transaction runs, within the HUNT limit you set. Mini Buildings are quoted when you deposit. The confirmed deposit fixes the number of Factory NFTs and the top-up, even if NAV moves before delivery. At a NAV of 1,000 HUNT per NFT, one Main Building or ten Mini Buildings make one Factory NFT with no top-up. At 1,200 HUNT, ten Main Buildings plus 800 HUNT make nine Factory NFTs. Migrate at hunt.town/migrate. 22HUNT TOWN DOCS One gate per chain Where the HUNT comes from Migration does not burn Buildings or take out the HUNT behind them. The team funds the migration contract with HUNT, and the new Factory NFTs are minted from that HUNT at the full current NAV, like any other mint. The migrated Buildings and the top-up go to a team wallet, and the HUNT behind those Buildings stays where it is until the team redeems it. Legacy Buildings Before the Factory NFT, Hunt Town's NFTs were Buildings. Each one was minted with HUNT, and that HUNT stayed behind it. A Main Building (Ethereum, ERC-721) was minted with 1,000 HUNT through the Town Hall contract. The Town Hall holds that HUNT and records when each Building unlocks. Once a Building has unlocked, burning it releases the HUNT. A Mini Building (Base, ERC-1155) was minted with 100 HUNT through the Mint Club V2 Bond on Base, which holds that HUNT in its reserve. Addresses are in Contracts & Addresses, and the audit of the Town Hall and Building contracts is in Links & Resources. 03 HUNT HUNT (ERC20) 24 Supply & Distribution 26 Buyback & Burn 28 HUNT as the Reserve Token 30 Base HUNT (Bridged) 31 H U N T T O W N D O C S 24HUNT TOWN DOCS 0 3 · H U N T HUNT (ERC20) HUNT is the token that connects Hunt Town's product economy.
